CRUMBS Bake Shop is Coming to Hollywood
NEW YORK, NY (November 8, 2010) – CRUMBS Bake Shop, home of the original gourmet cupcake, will be
making its’ Hollywood premiere, opening a location at the Hollywood and Highland center on Tuesday, November 9th. Located adjacent to the “Hollywood Walk of Fame,” at 6801 Hollywood Blvd. the Hollywood CRUMBS location joins CRUMBS’ roster of Southern California Bake Shops including Beverly Hills, Larchmont, Calabasas, Americana and Malibu, and will offer more than 50 varieties of cupcakes as well as other freshly baked treats.

CRUMBS has nationwide expansion plans for 2011 to include multiple stores to open in the Chicago and the Washington, D.C. areas, as well as additional locations in the New York market.
The first bake shop opened its doors in March of 2003 on the Upper West Side of Manhattan by co-founders Mia & Jason Bauer. The design of Crumbs Bake Shops is inspired by old-time candy shops, creating a warm and friendly environment with wall-to-wall treats served on real china. There are currently twenty-three locations on the East Coast and six locations on the West Coast with more locations coming soon to Washington D.C. and Chicago. The specialty of the house is cupcakes; however the menu also adds an irresistible blend of comfort-oriented classics and elegant baked goods. There are more than 50 varieties of cupcakes baked fresh daily with a new cupcake of the week debuting each Monday.
